p>Participates and directs day to day operations for the branch which includes approving large deposits and withdrawals, reviewing/acting on daily reports, ensuring the branch is maintained in a neat, clean and attractive manner and recommending redecoration or major repair/redesign of floor space as necessary. Manages the day to day sales, service, and operations efforts of a full service retail branch typically having at least 3 out of the following 5 attributes: <$50 million in deposits, <1,000 deposit accounts, <2,000 teller transactions monthly, <50 accounts opened monthly, and/or <5 employees.
