What You Will Need:<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>High school diploma, required.</li><li>0-2 years of IT or technical support experience and ticketing systems or ITIL fundamentals.</li><li>Proficiency with computer systems in a Microsoft Windows network environment, MCP, MCSE, or A+ certified, required.</li><li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently.</li><li>Must be able to support various facilities, approximately 15 miles apart, in the greater Bakersfield area when needed and or support a rotational schedule this includes various worksites for an extended period.</li><li>Assignment could vary from one day to multiple weeks. </li><li>Candidate will be required to live in Kern County area or within commuting distance.</li><li>Must be able to work different shifts as required on rotational basis.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as required to perform job duties.</li><li>Remote work not available for this position.</li><li>Must have the ability to travel when needed to various Grimmway facilities.</li><li>Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.</li><li>Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.</li><li>Must pass background check. </li></ul>What Will Set You Apart:<ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferred.</li></ul>
