RESPONSIBILITIES:- As the first point of contact for employees, clients and consumers, this position must focus on customer service and be the positive presence for the office.

Asset Living's growing portfolio includes a multitude of properties across the country that span the multifamily, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing divisions. Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed.
li>Documentation: Use technology such as iPads, laptops, smartphones, and Interactive Voice Recognition (e.g., Siri or Google Assistant) to document projects, including daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and change orders. - Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of floor care equipment, including surface prep tools, cleaning gear, hoses, cables, and other accessories.
p>As a Logistics Assistant, you will manage customer communications, coordinate shipments, and help resolve delivery issues while providing a high level of service.
