li>Order intake and verification - Personally review high-stakes or complex orders coming in by phone, email, EDI, and the order portal; confirm decoration specs, quantities, art, and ship dates before they hit the floor. On a given day, that means quoting jobs, walking orders to the decoration floor, troubleshooting an art file with a distributor, jumping into the order-entry queue when volume spikes, and closing out escalations yourself.

This role is responsible for owning the enterprise AI platform roadmap, driving AI product strategy, and partnering with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities that deliver measurable business value. Serve as the enterprise AI intake authority by evaluating proposed AI initiatives and determining the appropriate implementation approach, including native platform capabilities, AI Center of Excellence solutions, or third-party technologies.
