The Claims Advisor delivers proactive communication, maintains detailed file documentation, analyzes claim trends, and supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of their claims to ensure a smooth, informed, and efficient claims experience.

Our RMG team supports several lines of business across the Evernorth Pharmacy, including Accredo FE Operations/Biosim Team, ESI Front End Operations, ESI Patient Consult RPh, ESI Trend, ESI Clinical Programs, and ESI WeCare. These states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Washington State.

Meet or exceed focused MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brand sales and clientele goals, and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), retail shrink and omni-channel sales as set by Ulta Beauty for the store. Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, which includes greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, offering samples, recommending complementary products and/or services, and informing guests of current promotions, events and services within the store.
