The manager partners closely with strategy, analytics, marketing, digital and store experience, merchandising, supply chain, and operations to help ensure customer interactions are consistent, relevant and aligned to brand values and customer needs. Aggregate actionable customer insights to be leveraged across merchandising, marketing and channel teams in partnership with consumer insights, analytics, social, VOC, and customer service.

You understand the ins and outs of customer support organizations what drives call volume, how to unlock and deliver customer value and think about customer support in a digital, self-service manner and you're ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their customer service solutions.

This role identifies friction points, uses customer and business insights to drive meaningful improvements, and partners cross-functionally to create a more seamless and proactive customer experience. Use customer feedback, recurring issues, service trends, and business insights to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements that reduce repeat customer pain points.
