p>• Experience: 4+ years relevant work experience • Knowledge: Working knowledge of the airline industry, airline products, airline support requirements, and regulatory requirements; Working knowledge of aircraft and shop level maintenance; Working knowledge of MS Projects; Working knowledge of Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS); Knows and applies advanced concepts, practices and procedures of assigned product or program; Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures • Skills/Abilities: Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals based on experience and judgment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals • Education/Certification: BA or BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline; OR Associates Degree from a two-year college & 10+ years of relevant work experience. This role involves leading engineering design reviews, testing of products, supporting accident and root cause investigations, providing technical support and training for end users, and mentoring internal resources.
