Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism· Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property· Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products· Document and report damaged or missing items and escalate customer concerns as needed· Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions· Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays· Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and help maintain accurate product placement· Support warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and organizing merchandise· Assist with customer account follow-ups, collection efforts, and authorized repossessions in compliance with company policies· Operate delivery vehicles safely, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance needs· Assess and document service issues, capturing detailed information and communicating findings to management· Perform other duties as assigned. · High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record· Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles· Ability to lift and carry 10–100+ pounds regularly· Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and pull frequently· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions· Ability to navigate routes using maps or GPS· Availability for full-time work, including weekends as needed.
