Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management + Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts + Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with funeral homes, cremation providers, and industry partners + Deliver proactive, responsive, and tailored support to ensure satisfaction Business Development & Sales + Expand existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling services + Identify and acquire new trade cremation partners in the Seattle area + Customize service offerings in collaboration with internal teams to meet evolving client needs Performance & Strategy + Meet or exceed sales growth goals and new account targets + Maintain accurate pipeline activity, customer feedback, and market insights + Use data to refine outreach and improve client success strategies Territory Management + Travel regularly across the Seattle Metro Area to meet clients and prospects + Represent Monarch Trade Services at industry events, community functions, and sales meetings + Partner with the Kent, WA Care Center team to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications & Experience Required: + 3+ years in sales, client services, or account management + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation + Familiarity with the Seattle area and willingness to travel extensively Preferred: + Experience in the funeral, cremation, or trade services industry + Knowledge of B2B service sales, retention strategies, and CRM tools + Familiarity with customer success metrics and pipeline reporting Success Traits + Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a servant-leader approach. + Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing a dynamic workload + A polished professional who can represent the brand with warmth and credibility What We Offer Team Member Benefits Include: + Excellent Compensation: Competitive salaries, performance incentives, referral bonuses, 2 weeks of paid vacation days, 2 personal days, 6 paid sick days (rolls over annually up to 96 hours), and 6 paid holidays.
