What You’ll DoCustomer Service & Front Desk Support-Serve as a knowledgeable primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person -Respond to customer inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency -Set up rental car reservations and document entry -Provide accurate, consistent information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures -Resolve routine and moderately complex customer issues independently, escalating when appropriate -Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systems -Maintain up-to-date customer records -Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling sensitive or time-critical situations -Protect confidential customer and company information in compliance with company policies Administrative & Office Support-Distribute inner office mail, packages, deliveries, create FedEx -Manage front office and breakroom supplies, inventory, and printer stations, and vendor services -Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet service goals -Support team operations during peak volume periods and special initiatives -Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments -Coordinate internal milestone anniversary acknowledgements and recognitions.
