p>What We're Looking For: ⢠5+ years of experience across the end-toāend design lifecycle, with deep expertise in user research and insight-driven experience strategy ⢠Demonstrated expertise in user research methods, including planning studies, conducting research, and translating insights into action ⢠Experience leading creative or design work in complex, regulated industries-making thoughtful design tradeoffs to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and business outcomes (financial services experience strongly preferred) ⢠Proven ability to be clientāfacing-presenting work, influencing stakeholders, and building trust with senior partners ⢠A strong portfolio that leans toward demonstrating research framing, synthesis, and impact on experience and business outcomes, with UI or visual design as the outcomes ⢠Fluency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, prototyping workflows, design systems) ⢠Strong communication and storytelling skills-you can clearly articulate the "why" behind the work ⢠Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities ⢠Comfort leading workshops, research readouts, and creative reviews with crossāfunctional teams and client leadership ⢠A growth mindset-you actively seek feedback and continuously refine your craft.
