Qualifications Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required Licensure or license-eligible in the state of Tennessee (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.) Current Tennessee Driver's License Current HWC and CPR Certification (training provided) Experience: Experience in psychiatric evaluation, triage, and crisis stabilization preferred; strong assessment skills required; skills in application of DSM methodology; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
