Duties include but are not limited to the following: Provides direct supports to adults with developmental disabilities, including but not limited to cooking, feeding, bathing, medication administration, transportation, medical interventions, community integration and inclusion, socialization and recreational activities, and money management in a group home setting; Monitors maintenance of consumer files to ensure compliance with agency, state and federal requirements; Maintains facility inspections, vehicle maintenance records and reports; Implements treatment plans, health and safety plans, and behavioral plans; Participates in an on-call rotation to ensure adequate coverage and assistance in cases of emergency; Maintains a healthy, safe, and clean living environment for individuals; Implements, monitors, and documents individual service delivery; prepares and maintains casework and related documentation using an electronic health record (e.g. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a human services field such as psychology, sociology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field; one year of experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
