- Bachelors degree, Civil Engineering or Architecture degree highly preferred, from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and 8+ years of experience in design and construction of commercial or institutional facilities or a Masters degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
ā¢ Operational: - Further advance our cost estimating process and systems for development of Engineers Opinion of Construction Cost estimates (EOPCC) and constructability reviews.
