Provide oversight, teaching, and mentorship of fellows, residents, APPs (e.g., physician assistants and advance practice registered nurses), and students and others (as appropriate) providing services to patients, including meaningful participation with the affiliated medical schools as requested. Demonstrate a commitment to service and distinctive, personalized care with both internal customers (coworkers, fellow employees, hospital staff, etc.) and external customers (patients, family members, referring physicians/specialists, etc.), while striving to exceed customer expectations.
