Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food items for residents, community events, and staff appreciation events. -Prepare food under direct supervision or instructions by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure & mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits & vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry, and/or fish for culinary use.
