20+ years turbomachinery or rotating machinery design experience, Deep understanding of turbomachinery design principles including FEA, rotordynamics, bearing and seal technologies, and design for manufacturability, Detail-oriented, goal oriented, organized, creative, self-motivated, collaborative and customer focused, Excellent analytical, creativity, problem solving, time management, and decision-making skills, Ability and drive to continuously improve and eliminate unnecessary barriers or complexity to meeting customer needs, Ability to learn quickly and contribute to fostering an environment of continuous learning, acting as a coach and mentor, Ability to create an environment of trust and consistently exhibit a positive attitude, Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation), Exemplify a passion for winning and ability to motivate teams, Differentiating Skills / Abilities.
