The plant engineer is responsible and accountable for managing the plant's capital budget, leading capital projects, overseeing the maintenance of plant buildings and facilities, and leading the plant Technical Support Organization (TSO) which consists of the Plant Facilities Group, the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) group, and Plant Information Systems (IS). Maintain property records for site including titles, deeds, and surveys; manage document preparations for permits and permit records; develop and maintain facilities master plans for maintenance (structural integrity) and improvements including common areas, roofs, HVAC, plumbing, sewers, floors, etc.
