Job Description: Leadership & Team Management Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of approximately five accounting professionals Assign and review work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and disbursements Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversight Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquency Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues Financial Controls & Reporting Maintain and strengthen internal controls over AP and AR functions Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to AP/AR Collaboration Work closely with the Controller and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals Support audits and provide documentation as required Support implementation of new systems or workflows as needed Travel Requirements Training will involve at least one trip to Minnesota.
