Manages and oversees the daily operations of the field finance accounting department which includes, depending on requirements of the Region, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, business analysis and tax. These tasks include, but are not limited to, providing oversight of the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information; hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff direct reports; documenting, developing, and implementing department controls, policies, and procedures; and ensuring that the department operates efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
