p>Take direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of inventory management ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals for the various active programs Monitors and maintains current inventory levels, processes purchase orders as required Tracks all orders and investigates problems Maintains updated and accurate records of inventory, purchases within our current database Ensures traceability and conformance is met on incoming inventory items Performs physical count of inventory, cycle counts, and transfers Reconciles actual stock counts to database-generated reports Coordinates availability and allocation of raw materials, supplies, and finished products Works closely with vendors and suppliers to nurture positive relationships to ensure positive customer service Prepares reports and presents project plans, progress, and results Oversees shipping and receiving functions on customer deliverables Utilize new inventory management system & help migrate from current inventory system (AIM, formerly known as Flowtrac) Implements plan, schedule, and compliance metrics for the manufacturing team Identifies opportunities to reduce costs, production time, and other areas lacking efficiency and recommends improvements Performs other inventory, logistical, and procurement-related duties, as required. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field with 1-3 years' work experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work proficiently Familiar with AS-9100 quality compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel) Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Must be U.S. citizen Must currently possess or be able to receive Department of Defense Secret clearance.
