Specialized experience is defined as performing the following: 1) providing legal and administrative support to one or more attorneys, including examining, preparing, editing, cite-checking, and processing legal documents, tracking cases, and managing discovery; 2) using legal databases and software such as CM/ECF, CaseView, NetDocuments, and/or Everlaw; 3) assisting attorneys with case preparation, including items such as subpoenas, exhibits, information requests, pleadings, and correspondence; 4) conducting factual legal research in legal and non-legal databases; 5) receiving visitors and telephone calls; and 6) establishing and maintaining a variety of files and logs.
