Brand Manager R+Co - Greater Connecticut Luxury Brand Partners, LLCBrand Manager R+Co - Greater ConnecticutCTDevelop a strong pipeline of potential new salon businesses and achieve new business goals • Achieve goals in comp business, new product sell-in, and new account development by delivering high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes and consulting with salon owners, managers, and stylists • Create a strong, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists, and employees • Rotation management, inclusive of both existing and new business development • Work closely with Regional Managers to determine and support sell-in and sell-through strategies at a salon-by-salon level • Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts and prospective business within a geographic territory • Execute strategic education plans for the territory, which requires the Brand Manager to promote, plan, and assist in the execution of regional and national educational events • Attend all company-provided meetings and training • Overnight travel varies up to 75%. Physical Requirements: This role requires the following physical capabilities: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times • Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching • Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes requiring long periods of driving or riding in a vehicle • Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue • Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse • Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
