Work Experience7+ years of progressive experience in a construction management environmentRequired experience on federal or public works projects-particularly FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or U.S. Army Corps of EngineersExperience with structural steel buildings, asphalt paving, sitework, utilities, and MEP's preferred Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of construction, tenant improvements, repairs/alterations, civil work, and utilitiesAbility to work in a high-production environmentDemonstrated decision-making skillsExcellent leadership, supervisory, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Familiarity with BuilderTrend or other construction software preferredExperience & proficiency with CPM project scheduling such as Primavera P6.
