The end-to-end process will include functionality of payment processing, preparing deposits, exception reporting, Billing changes and maintenance (including MAC / EFT), account reconciliation, and historical audit reporting for case resolution. Processors will work independently to initiate and solve customer requests, as well as work collaboratively to enhance our departmental functionality and productivity within our organization as well as outside vendors.
