Inspect contracted work, corrective maintenance tasks, and construction/improvement projects to confirm compliance with client expectations, specifications, and contracts.
p>Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 years supervisory experience • Working knowledge of cleaning and maintenance requirements for hospital and biomedical research facilities • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills are necessary • Should have experience in personal computer use and database management • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

This leadership role will direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of field engineering designers in assigning work, prioritizing assignments, addressing customer requests (new service/reliability) and creating detailed construction designs for large distribution construction projects, State highway relocation work, third party make ready and other special projects. Accountable for direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, safety leadership and technical guidance to assigned staff in support of producing high quality, timely and cost-effective solutions to technical and business objectives and provides customers with safe, reliable, competitively priced and environmentally sound electric service.
