The CM has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters, works through the COR to resolve issues and receive technical instructions, supervises the DDRP Specialist team performing on-site urinalysis testing, ensures compliance with DAFMAN 44-197, AFMAN 44-198, DoDI 1010.01, and DoDI 1010.16, and is the installation's primary point of contact for DDRP testing, prevention, education, and outreach. Ensure all contractor personnel maintain CACs, complete AT Level I, Cyber Awareness Challenge, OPSEC, and Records Management training, and IA/IT certifications as required.
