Position Summary: The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will be to support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions for both internal and external positions, responding to recruitment business needs across Mobile Manufacturing Site. Monitor project financials, including revenue forecasting, review of monthly earnings reports, cost control, profitability, and pay application processing, ensuring timely and accurate review of subcontractor and supplier billings and maintaining positive project cash flow. Oversee project scheduling and design team partnerships to ensure timely coordination, scope alignment, and contract compliance, while monitoring performance against the target schedule, implementing corrective actions as needed, and coordinating commissioning and qualification schedule requirements.
