The purpose of the Area 14 customer service team is to provide high quality customer service through the sale of licenses and passes; to answer calls about wildlife issues and advise the public about techniques to resolve or prevent conflicts; and to serve as the customer interface for field officers by handling and dispatching public calls about wildlife violations, injured wildlife, and wildlife-people conflicts.
