Key job responsibilities - Lead end-to-end production for integrated launch content across video, photography, motion, CG/animation, and emerging formats (including AI-enabled workflows) - Scope, bid, and manage external production partners; build and maintain a high-quality vendor network - Own production strategy-balancing creative ambition, timelines, and budget constraints - Partner closely with creative leads (design, copy, creative leads) to translate concepts into executable production plans - Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive solutions and tradeoffs - Serve as the primary production point of contact across stakeholders including brand, retail, go-to-market, and leadership teams - Communicate clearly and consistently on project status, risks, and milestones - Ensure legal, licensing, and usage rights are secured for all deliverables - Partner with Production Program Management to execute contracts, SOWs, and POs in compliance with Amazon's Spending & Transaction policies - Build and scale repeatable production processes to effectively plan and manage multiple concurrent projects Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs - Strong network in video/motion and photography industries - An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues.
