SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, schedules, assigns and supervises the work of a crew assigned to perform grounds construction and grounds maintenance work; estimates the cost of labor and material for construction projects; may personally performs skilled work in block wall construction, cement pouring and finishing, roofing removal and installation; operates power and motorized equipment including backhoe, skiploader tractor, cement mixer and concrete finishing tools and equipment; meets and confers with outside vendors and contractors; coordinates schedules and projects with site administrators; and performs other related duties as required.
