This position will prepare and/or understand project plans, specifications, contracts, analyze costs, project sequence/scheduling, change orders, proposals, estimate budgets, cost/revenue projections, negotiate subcontracts, manage subcontractors/suppliers, optimize project efficiency, set up project documentation systems and cost controls, manage client relations, and related duties. Unlike other heavy civil contractors, we diversify in a broad range of markets including mining, landfills, golf courses, residential, CMAR/JOC, wind and energy, recreation, flood control, and transportation.
p>Purpose of Role: The Site Coordinator / Construction Manager acts as the Owner's representative at the project site, ensuring that contractors execute work safely and in alignment with design, cost, and schedule targets. Operating within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework, this role fosters a "one team" culture where all participants prioritize shared project outcomes over individual contractual interests.
This position requires a strong combination of technical project management expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to deliver superior results across a national platform while ensuring best practices and risk mitigation throughout all project phases. Developing comprehensive project budgets encompassing hard costs, soft costs, and construction cost/benefit analysis while driving cost savings initiatives through negotiation and value engineering.

li>Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports on-time and in accordance with pre-established formats to pass all project documentation reviews with client.
