p>The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor oversees and reports on the day to day activities of the Pharmacy Technicians and serves as a front-line resource for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists on day-to-day issues that arise. This position also assists licensed Pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy serving as a role model for other technicians through added responsibilities, specialization in pharmacy practice, demonstrating leadership and initiative, and fulfilling the needs of the department and the Medical Center.
There will be regular use of hand, power, and diagnostic tools along with custom equipment used to improve safety, quality, and reduce time, being flexible in working on different sites when necessary, and willing to work cross-functionally with other teams/departments. TOP 3 SKILLS:- 4 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or technician role with hands-on exposure to assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems.
In this role, you will perform diagnostic evaluations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring each customer receives the highest level of service and satisfaction. Perform a wide range of automotive repairs, including work on engines, transmissions, suspensions, braking systems, and electrical components.
Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel within a near geography for training are required. Doing preventative maintenance repairs-like replacing or rotating tires-and completing vehicle component lubrication and replacement, some electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehicles.
