A Preventive Maintenance Technician at TRUNO will: Report to assigned customer sites at a scheduled time, document the preventive maintenance process with photographs and checklists, accurately document preventive maintenance assignment completions, and accurately and completely describe issues with customer equipment, Interact with customer personnel and Truno team in an easy-to-understand and positive manner, Maintain ability to work regular hours, as well as after-hours availability when needed, Be willing to travel when needed, typically within a 150-mile radius, limited overnight travel, Responsible to clean, troubleshoot, fault isolate, repair, and test to verify proper functionality of any in-store equipment assigned to service, Able to use tools, including basic power tools, in the performance of assigned duties, Organized, well prepared, and maintain appearance and professional conduct, Maintain strict confidentiality, and adhere to company policies, Adherence to specific deadlines and timelines, Accountable and responsible to maintain / and for the approved use only of company provided vehicle, company credit card / fuel and fleet maintenance card, Netbook PC, tools and test equipment, as well as any additional company provide resources, Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment assigned for preventive maintenance, Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed. The Preventive Maintenance Technician is accountable to ensure point-of-sale equipment at assigned customer sites is maintained within manufacturer's guidelines and any hardware issues identified are appropriately reported.
