Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Talent and Learning modules, including performance management, goal management, feedback, succession planning, skills and competencies, condition rules, notifications, security roles, calculated fields, learning HUBs, course assignments, enrollment rules, and reporting. Collaborate with HR, Training and Development, Training Content creators, IT, and other business partners to understand operational needs, translate requirements into Workday solutions, and design system architecture that enhances HR processes, data integrity, and the overall employee experience.
