JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Hardware and software support: The role involves desktop and hardware support, VNA and enterprise imaging integrations, DICOM router, voice dictation systems, and other Imaging IT applicationsSystem monitoring and problem solving: The role requires daily monitoring of information systems and modality systems, notifying and working with vendors to solve problems, and providing downtime solutionsUser management and training: The role involves adding, changing, and deleting users, granting appropriate permissions and profiles, correcting studies and patient information, and developing and providing user trainingSystem configuration and upgrades: The role entails installing and setting up workstation hardware, planning and coordinating with vendors to add modality connections and software upgrades, and installing and maintaining other applicationsCustomer service and communication: The role requires dealing with clients by phone, email, or face to face, responding to inquiries and complaints, establishing, and owning vendor relationships, and working and running small project PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time.
