The Academic Records Systems Analyst serves as the primary subject-matter expert for the Ellucian Colleague student information system, the Perceptive Content (ImageNow) electronic document management platform, and integrated systems that support enrollment, academic records, degree audit, and transcript services. Through accurate system configuration, rigorous testing, and continuous process improvement, the Analyst safeguards the College's accreditation, regulatory, and reporting obligations while enabling timely, equitable service to a diverse student population, including traditional, adult, and military-affiliated learners.
