Experience with PC software applications including Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and Outlook, along with knowledge of SAP, geographical information system (GIS), customer request work scheduling (CREWS), Click, power outage reporting system (Power On), computer aided drafting (CAD/AutoCAD) and Energy Delivery Outage Application.
