The well-qualified candidate will have experience with: Troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems incorporated in multiple materials handling and process manufacturing lines PLC, MMI, HMI, and CNC programming experience, including but not limited to: • Allen-Bradley PLC 0514-0517 - Buffalo or 604-607 - Rochester (2 classes 4400) • Control Logix SLC500 • Panelview HMIs • Factory Talk Studio View HMIs • Schneider Electric PLC 0430 - 0502 and 0507-0509 - Rochester (2 classes 3780) • Unity platform • Modicon Premium • Magelis MMi • Lexium drives • TSX-PL7 legacy platform • Kollmorgen Drives • Fanuc CNC and Robotics • Index Lathes • ABB robotics. Providing engineering support, potentially including off-shift Creating and maintaining controls documentation, equipment maintenance procedures, and automation programming Interaction with industrial staff, employees, quality personnel, and process engineers Systems integration with vendors providing equipment Troubleshooting of electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and processes Upgrades to the current equipment to enable run-cost targets and enable future products, including controls-related elements of productivity improvements.
