5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, compliance, trust & safety, risk analysis, operations, or a legal-adjacent role Strong investigative and analytical instincts Demonstrated experience evaluating policy-driven or compliance-related issues and supporting decisions that carry business or legal risk Hands-on experience reviewing, auditing, or investigating activity within a digital channel (affiliate, performance marketing, payments, platforms, or marketplaces) Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources (data, documentation, stakeholder input) and arrive at clear, defensible conclusions Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Affiliate, Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, or Operations Strong written documentation skills, including the ability to clearly and professionally explain findings, risk factors, and recommended actions when handling sensitive or confidential matters Comfort taking ownership of outcomes and following issues through to resolution, even when decisions are complex or unpopular Working knowledge of affiliate marketing practices, traffic sources, and common risk vectors (or demonstrated ability to quickly develop this expertise).
