Responsibilities: Actively support the Regional Compliance Director, including the ability to function as a substitute at business partner meetings and to provide guidance on complex issuesManagement of compliance related areas including implementation of procedures and processesRespond directly to internal/external customers regarding policies and assist them in finding solutions to business problemsProvide day-to-day Compliance support to Director-level colleaguesAssist in addressing Legal and Compliance issues in conjunction with Corporate departments and Senior Leadership / Executives within the RegionAssist in the investigation of any reports (IRs) or evidence of misconduct or non-compliance, and implementation of corrective action including training and retrainingLive training and communication to Quest employees on relevant policies, procedures and regulationsManage all Audit requests, activities and requirements for the Region under supervision of the Regional DirectorManage the Compliance Monitoring Program and conduct site visits, as neededCoordinate activities of Compliance staff at the direction of the Regional Compliance DirectorManage document assembly for third-party reimbursement audits; depositions and lawsuits; subpoena document productionQualifications: Education Preferred:B.S. in Medical Technology, Business Administration or experienceCHC or CHPC certification desirableWork Experience:7+ years in the healthcare industry with a background in compliance, billing, operations and/or medical technologyExperience conducting audits and communicating findingsExperience supervising or providing technical leadership to others highly preferredExperience with Quest Lab Information System and related business systems highly desirableDemonstrated program management experienceOther Attributes:Understanding of all federal and state fraud and abuse laws and regulationsTraining, facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to draft training materialsDetailed knowledge of Compliance Policies and ability to explain and apply the policies to diverse fact patternsKnowledge of sales and billing policies and processesDemonstrated leadership, multi-tasking, communication and project management skillsUnderstanding of all aspects of lab operationsCombination of strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into proposed operational or strategic changesExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skillsProven ability to be able to communicate and collaborate cross functionally multiple cross-functional groups and diverse personalities56838Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
