Assists the Chief Engineer or Property Manager in overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including but not limited to: fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls) electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, primary switch gear), cabling (data and voice, broad band), lighting and temperature controls systems, critical environments, light construction (painting, doors, locks), digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access, radionics, CCTV), and Audio/Visual services. Performs and/or directs the performance of all service requests including communicating with the Facility Management Team as applicable to establish service request work priorities, ensuring that work performed in the facility is accomplished with a minimum of disruption and is followed by adequate clean-up, overseeing the accurate and timely completion of service request forms, reviewing monthly service request summaries to pinpoint and correct reoccurring operational issues.
