Qualifications:
Required Skills:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Supervisory experience required.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Four years related work experience or completion of approved, accredited trade school program or apprenticeship preferred.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Certification or licensing of one of the following is preferred: Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Electrician.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Certification of successful completion of FEMA National Incident Management ICS100 & ICS 200 preferred completion within the first 90 days of employment.</li></ul> Additional Qualifications/Skills:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Knowledge of standards and codes applicable to health care facilities, SDS information, Life Safety Code, NFPA, OSHA, and ADA requirements and specifications</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Knowledge of standards and procedures regarding hazardous waste and materials.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Effective organizational and time management skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Ability to work closely and professionally with others.</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Ability to use equipment necessary for the job function</li><li style="margin-left:0.3in">Ability to read and follow blueprints</li></ul>
