Data platform & BI transformation: Track record leading large-scale data platform modernization - including cloud and modern data platform architecture spanning hyperscalers and data-lake environments, enterprise data governance, and business intelligence enablement - to support AI-ready, insight-driven decision-making at scale. p>This role requires a practitioner who has operated inside or directly alongside engineering and product organizations-someone who has personally led SDLC transformations, managed engineering teams, governed AI coding tool rollouts, or run DevOps programs at scale-and who can translate that hands-on operating experience into rapid, credible impact within the compressed timelines of a PE holding period. Govern LLMOps at enterprise scale: RAG pipeline architecture and optimization (chunking strategies, embedding models, vector database selection-Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector), prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix), and inference cost governance. Position Summary The Grants & Compliance Manager is responsible for coordinating the development, administration, monitoring, and compliance of federal, state, local, and private grant programs that support the mission and strategic priorities of the organization. This role ensures grant funds are maximized, properly managed, and aligned with instructional, operational, and student support needs across schools and departments. Conducts rigorous analysis of quantitative data (e.g., student achievement) to answer research questions using descriptive statistics; responsibilities include selecting data management; using statistical software for analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata); use of data visualization tools for presentation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Cross functional experience in K-12 data and reporting, quantitative research methods and methodologies in educational research, proficiency in a variety of statistical software packages (i.e., SPSS, R, Stata), and proficiency in coding languages (i.e., SQL, HTML).
