Coordinate daily program activities to ensure smooth and effective operations • Support implementation of curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices • Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety, quality, and compliance • Support onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing staff development • Serve as a point of contact for educators regarding program needs and concerns • Assist leadership with observations, coaching, and performance support • Maintain positive professional communication with families • Support enrollment orientation and family partnership initiatives • Address parent questions or concerns in a timely and respectful manner. • Required: Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience • EEC Director 1 & 2 certified • Experience working in a licensed child care or early education setting • Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and licensing regulations • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
