Review draft invoices with 3rd party EPC Contractor and sign off on work completed First line of defense against proposed change orders; escalating to internal Project Manager as necessary Proactively communicate and manage an ongoing punch list with 3rd party EPC Contractor, managing the final punch list from Mechanical Completion to completion Review and approve pencil copies monthly with PM Team Core Competencies: Proven ability to motivate others inside or outside the organization Team player supporting both team members and members of the extended team.
