p>POSITION SUMMARY : Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of broad base compensation programs; ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and supports BMC's philosophy and strategic plan. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
