Palliative Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): The Palliative LCSW provides holistic support for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses and their families by addressing emotional, social, and practical needs. Founded in 1982 as Joliet Area Community Hospice, Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care is an independent, nonprofit healthcare provider licensed in 11 counties in northwest Illinois.
