Qualifications: Requirements: ā¢ Ability to work effectively with people ā¢ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to display empathy for others ā¢ Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish ā¢ High school graduate or equivalent required ā¢ Demonstrate commitment to serving underserved populations ā¢ Ability to work well in a team setting and independently ā¢ Strong follow-through and relationship building ā¢ Ability to manage events and projects, coordinating multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarized with the use of electronic gadgets like tablets and smartphones ā¢ Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 year preferred.
