Qualifications: Requirements: ⢠Ability to work effectively with people ⢠Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to display empathy for others ⢠Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish ⢠High school graduate or equivalent required ⢠Demonstrate commitment to serving underserved populations ⢠Ability to work well in a team setting and independently ⢠Strong follow-through and relationship building ⢠Ability to manage events and projects, coordinating multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarized with the use of electronic gadgets like tablets and smartphones ⢠Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 year preferred.
