The Property Manager will work in conjunction with the on-site team to oversee the daily activities of the community, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance. Factors considered include, but are not limited to, length and relevance of prior work experience, educational attainment, professional licensure or certifications, specialized skills, and demonstrated competencies directly related to the position.
